专利摘要:
Modular prefabricated construction elements and modular construction system that uses such elements. The present invention relates to prefabricated modular building elements and to a modular constructive system that uses said elements for the construction of buildings of any use, for example houses, offices, industrial buildings, swimming pools, etc. The prefabricated modular constructional elements of the invention allow their use independently or in association, both in the same plane and at different heights, since they are also self-supporting, thus providing a constructive system that allows to define buildings with independent or associated spaces through the use of such elements in a simple, versatile and fast way. 专利说明:
PREFABRICATED MODULAR CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS AND MODULAR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM USING SUCH ELEMENTS The present invention relates to prefabricated modular construction elements and a modular construction system that uses said elements for the construction of buildings of any use, for example houses, offices, industrial buildings, swimming pools, etc. The prefabricated modular construction elements of the invention allow their use independently or in association, both on the same plane and at different heights, since they are equally self-supporting, thus providing a construction system that allows to define buildings with independent or associated spaces by means of the use of such elements in a simple, versatile and fast way. Currently, in the construction of buildings there is a need to optimize both the time and the cost of the works, so in recent years construction technologies based on the prefabricated industry have been developed. Thus, there are construction systems based on prefabricated elements that allow one-way, bidirectional and three-way construction, in the form of skeletons, planes or plates and volumetric elements or boxes, respectively. The invention focuses on those elements that allow a three-way construction system, so that they have a three-dimensional structure, which facilitates the construction task, being necessary only its arrangement on the ground or on another element. In this respect, the known prefabricated modular construction elements are limited in that their box design is restricted, their size is limited and they allow few combinations in the boxes. Therefore, panel and plate systems are usually applied to facilitate greater variability in three-way constructions. For example, in document ES1047744U a modular element for housing and housing is described, where each modular element is constituted as a cylindrical body of horizontal positioning, topped by both ends by respective caps. Document ES 1006660U describes modular buildings constructed with a wall and roof forming a set, characterized by being constructed by a number of basic modules, interconnectable, of high strength material, low weight and thermal and acoustic insulation power, of the that one of them is formed by a rectangular flat surface, endowed with lateral dihedrals with areas of lesser extent and another upper dihedral with laterals that respectively form the corner chamfer with the upper deck area, and that assembled together provide the construction of a substantially square fully covered building, with only four modules of the aforementioned conformation. The present invention aims to eliminate these disadvantages of the current state of the art by providing three-dimensional prefabricated modular building elements that allow systems to be achieved based on the use of at least one type of said elements to obtain numerous different design configurations, both in plan and in height, maintaining the advantages related to the time and cost of conventional prefabricated building elements. Another advantage of the present invention is based on the fact that the construction elements described herein can be shaped to define other different construction systems, that is to modify the existing design, to form new designs without the need to use new elements, since the construction elements of the invention allow its redisposition to transform a space in another of different configuration with a simple change of position or orientation thereof. In one aspect, the invention provides three three-dimensional prefabricated modular building elements, in what follows referred to as module A, module B and module C, which in use provide, by themselves or in combination, numerous different constructive design configurations, determining the most various functional spaces, such as homes, offices, premises, industrial spaces, swimming pools, etc. In a second aspect, the invention provides a modular construction system based on the use of modules A, B and C. In the context of the present invention, the terms "construction system", "design configurations" or "design" are used interchangeably to refer to a combination of at least one type of modules A, B and C of the invention to conform and delimit a space for any use. The modules of the invention are essentially single-piece and structurally self-supporting cubic cells on any of their faces, so that their faces can be arranged in any desired orientation to define different spaces, both in the same plane, and in different planes. Likewise, each of said modules includes integrated in at least one of its expensive built-in loading means that allow its placement, orientation and transport. The modules of the invention are fixed to each other by means of plates properly disposed in at least one edge of the modules, embedded and structurally integrated in corresponding recesses practiced therein. In order to describe in detail the object of the invention, it is described below based on the attached figures, in which: Fig. 1: front perspective view of module A of the invention. Fig. 2: front perspective view of module B of the invention. Fig. 3: front perspective view of module C of the invention. Fig. 4: schematic view of an embodiment of the means of loading and transportation Fig. 5: schematic view of the arrangement of the loading means and transport of Fig. 4 on one side of one of the modules. Fig. 6: Schematic view of a fixing plate according to an example of realization. As seen in Fig. 1, module A of the invention constitutes a hollow hub made of a single piece where two adjacent faces that share a common edge have been removed. Referring to Fig. 2, module B of the invention constitutes a hollow cube manufactured in a single piece where three adjacent faces that share one with the immediately adjacent a common edge have been removed. In other words, module B is obtained by maintaining three adjacent faces of a hollow cube and eliminating the other three remaining faces. In Fig. 3 the module C of the invention is shown, obtained by removing four adjacent faces of a hollow cube and keeping two opposite faces held opposite each other essentially by widened edge paths. The modules A, B and C of the invention can be placed on a horizontal floor-like surface resting on any of their faces, both adjacent and opposite, so that a turn of any of them potentially defines a new interior spatial conformation. Modules A, B and C are manufactured in a suitable material that maintains its ability to be self-supporting and in a single molding stage. In a particularly preferred embodiment said material is reinforced concrete set in a single formwork stage. In a preferred embodiment, modules A, B and C of the invention have external dimensions of 3 x 3 x 3 meters, the thickness of their faces being at least 10 cm. Each of the modules described above includes, embedded in at least one of its faces, recessed loading means that allow its placement, orientation and transport. As shown in the embodiment of Fig. 4, these loading means are constituted in an integrated manner on the outside of at least one of the faces, where they are located essentially adjacent to the vertices that define them. Such means are arranged on the outside of the faces during the molding of each of the modules, and are formed by a rod properly embedded in the plane of the face considered, corresponding to approximately its four vertices. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, these loading means are integrated in the four vertices of all the outer faces of each of the modules A, B and C (Fig. 5). The modules of the invention have plates properly disposed in at least one edge of the modules, embedded and structurally integrated in corresponding recesses made therein. The plates are arranged in at least one of the edges of at least one side of the modules of the invention. 5 As shown in Fig. 6, the plates have multiple threaded through holes properly distributed along their surface, so that for the two to two fixing of any of the modules A, B and C a complementary double plate is used with their corresponding screws. The modules A, B and C of the invention allow their use independently or 10 in association, so that its use provides a constructive system that allows to define buildings with independent or associated spaces, both in the same plane and in different planes as well as at different heights.
